You must be a registered business entity in India. All KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar) must be valid and belong to the account holder.
PayIndia acts as a payment facilitator. Transaction settlements are subject to the respective payment gateway's terms. PayIndia is not responsible for payment failures due to third-party gateway issues.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys and account credentials secure. Report any unauthorized access immediately.
You must not use the platform for illegal transactions, money laundering, or any activities prohibited by Indian law.
